Lisi Family Hotel

We stay one night. My wife daughter and me. I see many good reviews so I am assuming we were just unlucky. 1. My wife asked the receptionist the time schedule of breakfast, the receptionist replied with not a gentle voice to go check the paper posted in the restaurant door. So the reception doesn’t know the restaurant opening hours?, weird and rude. 2. I have a hybrid car and needed to charge it on the hotel parking lot but there were two autos ( one not even electric and the other one unplugged taking the charging spots) taking those spots. So I gently commented that to the reception and the answer was: what do you want me to do? Not nice. Above are circunstancial event and I don’t thinks they are a big deal. But points 3 and 4 were a bit too much for me. 3. The room was big and Cousy, sofa bed was a bit hard but ok for kids. But the window curtains had a very very strong smell of smoke, very hard to ignore ( I really hate that smell)So 4. I decided to opened the window, but in the “family” hotel there was a big wedding with electronic and loud music until 2am. Bottom line is I did not like spending almost 400 euros for one night and not even had the chance of having a good, smoke smell free and quite night.

This hotel is amazing as long as you don’t encounter the staff at the front desk, who is extremely rude and unhelpful. All the kids rooms are amazing. Clean, organized. Plenty of things to make little ones happy, from kids buffet (kids can still eat from normal buffet as well), nice high chairs for different age groups ready at your table, activity rooms, indoor gym, art activities everywhere, supervised activities, ice skating ring, many amenities in your room to accommodate any possible need of your child. The restaurant staff was so nice; every single person was genuinely nice and caring, they are one of the reasons why we are coming back next year as well. but than there is the front desk staff, trust me when I say you don’t want to encounter them. Rude, mean, make you feel like a child asking for help in need. After they lost my laundry, I was asking for two days to please look for it as we had no additional ski gear. They literally refused to lift a finger, they told me I lost it myself (how do you loose a bag of clothes?) The front desk lady made me want to cry, she was really mean and I have never felt so terrible as I was beginning her to help us so our daughter can go to her ski class. of course, the room service manager located our laundry in their laundry room and gave it back to us. No words of sorry, no empathy. We lost half day of skiing, our daughter was late for ski school, and the lady who refused to lift her finger was really enjoying our miserable situation. I hope we won’t see her next year here. Other than that, the place is really nice for kids

Lisi Hotel is simply one of the best "Kinder Hotels" that we have visited across Europe. The staff is absolutely amazing, so very friendly, kind, professional, and accommodating. We celebrated our daughter's birthday, Goodbye parties, and almost on a daily basis visited the Lisi world section. The food is just impeccable and Michelin restaurant quality, the bar and cafe also provides such a cozy and unique experience that going to Lisi World is simply a weekly (if not daily) task (not to mention through all season, ski season, summer, and specially rainy days). The parties that we hosted there were all attended and catered with utmost professionalism and attention to details. Not only the food was great, but also the cake and desert catering was fantastic and delicious. If you're traveling to this region with kids and family, Lisi Hotel is an absolute must!

That was heaven for our kids. We definitely loved everything about this family hotel. From checking in to our last day. Everything was so organized. And the hotel was clean.they were entertainment for adults also. It was our first time trying kinder hotels but we were really impressed. Our room was 100% percent cleaned. Provided with kids bathing products. The food were super fresh and prepared with love. Lots of options to choose from. You have to take the full board package. We had 3 course dinner.The service personnel were super friendly and helpful.you will feel relaxed as a parent. The spa area was clean and everything was perfect. I had a 50 mins full body massage was the best. The hotel is easy to find and the are entertainment nearby. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids. Thanks a lot for your hospitality. I will come back again

We have spent an amazing week here. The place is perfect for kids with many attractions during the day. Breakfast is really good, lunch and dinner ok. One star less : * The swimming pool was too cold for small kids ;( all 2 years old ended up in the jacuzzi. * Prices for water are ridiculous. Drinks are paid for lunch and dinner and this is completely fine, but 2 euros for tap water and 5.50 for 0.75 bottle water is slightly too much. For the price of the room water should be included. * Climbing wall was closed 😣
